Photographs

The cameras used to shoot some of the different species of birds and other animals on this site range from old film cameras whose (sometimes outdated) film was poorly scanned, to some of the first digital cameras and cell phone cameras, to the latest good quality DSLRs with excellent lenses. So, the quality varies enormously.

In addition, I don’t like claiming I’ve seen a particular species without an actual photograph, so in many cases a poor photo, if it’s the only one I have, will have to suffice. If and when I shoot a better picture, the poorer version gets replaced.

With that in mind, here they are.
